What you'll do:
Act as the primary authority on HR product configurations within your area of responsibility, combining expert-level proficiency in the systems and solutions with the understanding of functional HR processes
Support feature releases and issue resolution within your business and product domain
Work with business users, IT, vendors and other support teams to define scope, prioritize, plan and implement system changes and enhancements
Develop project plans based on data gathered, constraints, and probable consequences
Ensure adherence to project schedules and other specifications
Manage project deliverables, milestones and specified project tasks
Review communication and training materials to ensure technical accuracy, assist where necessary to develop communication and training materials to support system navigation and changes
Qualifications:
HR Tech professional with 4–6 years of experience building and implementing cloud-based HR products
Passionate about people and optimizing processes
Skilled at managing complex cross-company projects
Comfortable with technology and leading changes
Acts as an interpreter between technical and business groups, facilitating strong communication and shared vision
Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize according to company goals
Team player with a can-do attitude and drive to make things happen
Excellent communication skills and high level of English fluency to collaborate with global, multicultural teams
