Job Description
As a Strategy Manager, you will be in charge of developing, implementing, and managing a long-term strategy to support business growth and stability. This position will report directly to C-level executives.
- Research and analysis of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, and so on.
- Identifying market trends and competitors.
- Determine potential threats and opportunities.
- Align departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the overall strategy of the organization.
- Present findings, projections, and suggested actions.
- Plan, implement, and manage the recommendations and projects that have been proposed.
- Support and direct the decision-making processes of senior executives.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or project management.
- Solid knowledge of research and analysis, as well as the strategic planning process.
- Excellent cross-functional and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Understanding of digital transformation and the regional and local Fintech landscape is advantageous.
