Our Opportunity:

This role is responsible for providing advice and guidance to managers and staff in relation to the full range of Human Resource policies and strategies to ensure business objectives are achieved. This is a hands-on role with a large focus on recruitment. Policies and processes are largely in place and you will be responsible for the ongoing management and development of these as the business continues to grow.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A working knowledge of legislation such as EEO, Harassment, OH&S, etc
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Senior Management
  • Ability to work across multiple business units or in matrix environment.
  • Good understanding of payroll systems (IMS) or HRIS systems an advantage
  • Ability to understand and handle claims involving employee relations issues
  • Good working knowledge of Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and project management.
  • Proven experience in budgeting and cost control
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of strategy and the success implementation of strategic plans.

About You:

You come to us with 5++ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record. Alternately you may be an experienced HRPB and are ready to step up to the next level. You need to be super organised and able to handle high volume admin. Prior experience within the airconditiong and/or refrigeration industry or similar, is desireable but not essential. A relevent tertiary qualification is desireable.
