Position: Global Service Desk

Location: Mahape(Ghansoli)

Timings: Night Shift: Rotational: Starts from 5 pm - 10 pm(9.30 hours)

Support: US/UK

Night Shift Allowances would be over and above CTC.

Communication: Excellent

Please find below the JD.

  • Logging calls received by Business Users from Email/Phone/Web
  • Hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on desktops/laptops. 1st level of support under warranty.
  • OS Support on Windows 7, Windows 10 & other System Software support.
  • Software Support on MS Office, O365, Office Automation, Anti-virus software & E-Mail Client(Outlook).
  • Providing Remote Support to the calls logged by the out-location branches
  • Configure/troubleshoot Network connectivity of desktops/laptops
  • Troubleshooting issues related to the Internet, and Intranet.
  • Laptop/Desktop Encryption Support.
  • Configuring the print servers & resolving printing problems of the users
  • Performing any Install, Move, Add or change at the client level
  • Support for VPN connectivity support.
  • Escalating and Coordinating with the respective team in case the issue is not resolved with the initial troubleshooting.
  • Basic Support (L1) on Voice / Video-Conferencing (VC) Management (Client Side).
  • Coordinate with other support groups.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
