Join us as an ECB Regulatory Reporting Trainee
- We'll look to you to work with large quantities of data and on solutions development, while agreeing procedures, timelines and delivery plans for reporting
- Day-to-day, you'll help us with the timely, complete and efficient delivery of the regulatory returns of NWM NV to the Dutch Central Bank and European Central Bank
- You’ll be provided with a platform to keep building your knowledge and expertise and will be offered the opportunity to grow your network across our Regulatory Reporting and Finance functions
What you'll do
As an ECB Regulatory Reporting Trainee, you’ll support the production and delivery of reports to the regulator from a technical and content perspective.
You’ll also be:
- Supporting the redevelopment of existing reports onto AWS that're in line with our technology strategy
- Making sure that all controls and processes are documented and completed
- Ensuring that the reporting is adequate in providing audit trails and analysis to support the published numbers
- Presenting analysis in a suitable format and tailoring communications to stakeholders
The skills you'll need
To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience with data analysis and languages, such as Python, R or SQL, with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines, work flexibly and adapt to changes in priority.
Additionally, you’ll need:
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience of task delivery in an analytical, regulatory or reporting context
- An understanding of Agile ways of working
- Experience of working with large datasets
