A Day in the Life
- Play a major role in developing the next generation of robotic surgery platforms using the latest technologies, working in a multi-disciplinary environment that offers endless learning and growth opportunities.
- Support R&D at different stages: System architecture, design, verification, production, testing, and documentation. Contribute to the company’s knowledge base, toolset, infrastructure, methodologies & best practices for building a high-performance team that strives for excellence.
- Develop and test an X-ray-based imaging system as part of the physics team. The tasks will be mainly hands-on, such as acquiring images, performing scans, measuring X-ray doses, and other related measurements.
- Perform analysis on acquired data, documenting them in reports, and sharing your results and conclusions with your supervisors.
- Important note – you will be considered a “radiation worker”, as you will be operating an X-ray system from afar.
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) degree in any relevant field (Physics, Biomedical Eng., Electrical Eng.)
- At least two years’ experience in lab work (hands-on)
- Fast learner and autodidact
- Able to work independently
- Meticulous and reliable
Nice to Haves
- Programming skills (MATLAB / Python)
- Knowledge in image\signal analysis\computer vision
- Experience working with X-rays/radioactive materials and dosimeters
