About the Role

As the Corporate Receptionist based on our corporate clients site, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will ensure a first-class experience is received. The Corporate Receptionist is required to maintain confidentiality, show discretion, represent the client in ethical and professional manner and also maintain a comprehensive knowledge of organisation structure and employees.


Main Duties

  • Greeting and directing incoming and outgoing visitors with a 5 star customer mindset at all times
  • Responsible for the efficient utilisation of the Visitor Registration System of the building
  • Client and hosts liaison
  • Managing an immaculate front office area including answering phone calls promptly, professionally and attentively
  • There may be times were you will be assisting our Catering Team Leader with Meeting and Events food and beverage service and event setup or set down.
  • Assist with room bookings administration
  • Escorting clients to our meeting rooms when required
  • Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and client Health & Safety Standards

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate hospitality or Reception for 4- or 5-star work environment
  • Enjoy supporting a diverse, high energy team
  • Superior organisational skills, professional presentation and attention to details
  • Intermediate MS Office skills and room booking software experience preferable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive attitude and a flexible and adaptable nature
  • Ability to work within a team and independently when needed is crucial
