Responsibilities :
· Has Payroll knowledge (Such as experience in handling Employee Leave Administration, TP 3 & Income Tax Clearance, SOCSO for New Joined & Leavers, Allowance & Deduction, Payroll Computation, Report and Payment, Tax Return and EA
· Coordinate and follow up Performance Review and issuance of letter, Promotion Review Letter & etc.
· Experience and able to handle Company group insurance such as AIA and SOCSO Claims. Etc.)
· Has Training knowledge (Can coordinate with HOD to prepare and offer annual training plan, able to coordinate and follow up on the related training; Can contact outside organization and arrange external training, can compile monthly and annual training reports) and has administration knowledge & experiences
· issue Job Advertisement in the suitable website, resume Screening & arranging interview session. Experience and efficient in finding suitable candidates or agent for Recruitment & etc., has knowledge about Salary Proposal & negotiation, Offer Letter, Medical Checkup, Bank Account Opening & Others
Requirements :
- · Preferably experience in the following industry background: manufacturing, oil, gas, petrochemical, refining, chemical, mineral processing and pharmaceutical industries

Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
