Job Summary:

We are seeking a Performance Ads Specialist to plan, create, and deliver effective digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, etc.). The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, tracking key metrics, and optimizing budget spend to achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with the organization's marketing goals.
  • Develop and execute effective digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, etc.)
  • Develop ad creative and copy that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
  • Use audience segmentation and targeting to reach the most relevant and valuable audiences.
  • Test and iterate ad campaigns to optimize for best performance.
  • Implement tracking and measurement tools to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of campaign performance.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize budget spend and improve campaign performance.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, tools, and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure advertising campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Performance Ads Specialist, Digital Advertising Specialist, or a similar role.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other tracking and measurement tools.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Youtube Ads) and programmatic platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
