REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor in Human Resource Management or any equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates also welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in English (writing and oral) is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge in graphic/poster designing skills and expert using the social media platform.
  • Experience in content management will be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist to integrate change management activities into any project plan.
  • To support design, development, delivery and management of communications. Designing templates, posters, graphics etc. for HR and Change Management.
  • To gather information and materials on HR and Change Management communications to publish monthly bulletins and etc.
  • To coordinate events under employee relation and engagement portfolio
  • To assist in any other HR projects or initiatives as and when requested by the Management.
