REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor in Human Resource Management or any equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates also welcome to apply.
- Proficient in English (writing and oral) is a must.
- Excellent knowledge in graphic/poster designing skills and expert using the social media platform.
- Experience in content management will be an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist to integrate change management activities into any project plan.
- To support design, development, delivery and management of communications. Designing templates, posters, graphics etc. for HR and Change Management.
- To gather information and materials on HR and Change Management communications to publish monthly bulletins and etc.
- To coordinate events under employee relation and engagement portfolio
- To assist in any other HR projects or initiatives as and when requested by the Management.
