Hikvision Europe B.V. in Greece is now looking for a representative and enthusiastic office manager who takes care of reception, of smooth running of the office and supports his/her colleagues with marketing and sales assistant tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Following up requests of colleagues regarding sales and marketing activities
- Arranging marketing events (ordering materials, coordination of the events etc.)
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming telephone calls and emails
- Planning trainings for customers together with colleagues and preparing invitations
- Administration of invoices and finance related tasks
- Part time work for approximately 24 hours/week
Your Profile:
A representative, and experienced office manager ideally both with experience in marketing, and receptionist tasks. You have an eye for detail, and you are a service oriented and enthusiastic person with good organizational and negotiation skills. Your communication skills in English (written and verbal) are very good. If you speak Greek or Chinese as well, it’s an advantage.
