F&B Revenue Analyst [Switzerland]


 The F&B Revenue Analyst is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and execution of revenue-generating strategies for the food and beverage operations, analysing revenue trends with budget targets and actuals. This includes reassessing current fleet-wide promotions and marketing, monitoring vessel performance, and root-cause analysis on positive \/ negative trends in revenue and service.

  • Sufficient knowledge on MMS & Crunchtime software programs
  • Strong ability to develop and present industry benchmark presentations
  • Strong leadership, management and supervisory skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and reporting tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including experience with email marketing, social media and online advertising.
  • Monitor vessel performance and investigate positive\/negative trends in revenue and services, advise on budget assumptions, adjustments and reviews.
  • Review financial analytics in budget targets and actual.
  • Drive development on new initiatives for incremental F&B revenue opportunities.
  • Refined onboard reporting tools to better track F&B revenues, cost and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement techniques to improve pre-cruise sales, upselling efforts and increasing volume of onboard sales.
  • Create and implement internet marketing strategies and pre-cruise campaign with a focus on loyalty customers.
  • Liaise between F&B and Revenue management on all revenue strategies, development of programs, alignment and complete execution in communication.
  • Review and improve market analysis for all marketing and current revenue driver concepts.
  • Redesign, optimize and improve loyalty activation programs.
