- Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly.
- Welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on products features.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- High School, Diploma or Certificate
- At least 3 year experience as sales and cashier preferably in pastry shop
- Highly motivated, result orientated and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of Arabic Sweet products is a plus.
- Target driven and sales orientated
- Sales Commission
- Excellent communication in Arabic & English
- Salary Range QR2,500 - 4,500
