Customer Support Associate [India]


 

We are hiring for Customer Support (International Voice Process). We are looking for fresher and more experienced candidates who want to build their careers in the international domain by having excellent verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

· Provide first-class customer service through calls

· Utilize provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and walk-through

· Ensure proper documentation is entered in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests, and actions done

· Meet pre-determined targets

· Represent the client in a professional manner

· Adhere to clients defined processes & procedures and company policies

· Ensure highest quality is maintained to meet and/or exceed client specifications

· Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability, and quality requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
