Ihre Aufgaben
- Provides comprehensive service to Customers in the DACH region
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries according to Service Level Agreements
- Follow up on customer’s orders which requires further information: delivery dates, certificates
- Communicate with our internal and external customers
- Maintaining Customer Master data
- Liaising with other departments e.g. Sales, Finance, Technical Service, Logistic
Unsere Anforderungen
- Business Administration Studies
- Several years of experience in customer service in an international sales environment
- Strong customer and service orientation as well Communication skills (phone, email and in person)
- Intercultural Competence
- Very good knowledge of business German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
- Good team player and ability to work independently as well as develop personal initiatives
- Great learning ability
- proactive attitude and openness Strong administrative skills
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and CRM, e.g. Sales Force
