Guest Service Agent/Property manager [United Arab Emirates]


 

Job Description:

  • Full inspection and audit of the apartment before onboarding
  • Inventory management

  • Onboarding of the property
  • Resolving maintenance and cleaning issues
  • Cash collections
  • Addressing and escalating guest complaints and extra demands
  • Conducting viewings to clients
  • Meet and greet to To ensure a pleasant and satisfying stay
  • Providing information about facilities, programs and other services.
  • coordinating with cleaning team
  • coordinating with security and reception of the properties in case of any emergency in the apartment or with the guest check in/out

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Able to develop rapport with colleagues and management staff
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a multi-cultural team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Ability to promote positive relations with guests and patrons

EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years at a supervisory level

- Own Car with UAE Driving license is a MUST, preferred with knowledge of Dubai areas

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Property management: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE drivers license (Required)
