Be part of the People Development team! We look after the learning and development needs of the hospital.
The Challenges
- To provide timely and responsive administration of courses managed by department under the hospital’s Total Learning Plan
- To liaise with course providers / trainers, supporting department’s personnel and course participants through timely scheduling of courses and assignment of participants to courses
- To capture accurate and timely data on learning utilization and expenses
- To provide administrative support to the team
- To assist in ad-hoc duties
The Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level, GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Learning Development preferred
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in the administration of learning and development is preferred
