What will you do?
Panaya is looking for an experienced UX/UI Product Designer to be part of the design team and owner of the test management product. You will design end-to-end user experiences, from early prototypes to final implementation and you will also contribute to the development of our product style guidelines and design system.
This is a full-time position based in Hod Hasharon, Israel – hybrid model.
Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and design new features and take concepts into deliverable mocks.
- Break down complex problems with a deep understanding of the challenges and create multiple solutions.
- Present and explain your decisions to peers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the engineering teams to develop a smooth user experience with high-end look and feel.
- Work closely with our design and the product teams.
- Design according to our design system to ensure your work integrates seamlessly into Panaya’s ecosystem.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of experience designing a complex system/platform (testing and automation tools – an advantage), and at least 2 years of experience in UX.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Previous experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience with the product design process from definitions and ideation to design end-to-end flows.
- Pixel-perfect designs.
- Experienced in conducting product research including competitor analysis, usability tests and interviews.
- Ability to collaborate closely with different stakeholders, and work independently.
- Ability to work fast, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- A team player with a “can do” attitude, ready to work hard
- High level of written and spoken English.
