Our client, a large international professional services firm in Luxembourg providing advice to a wide variety of clients from local and middle market entrepreneurs to large multinational companies is looking to make its Regulatory Compliance Advisory Services department (RCAS) grow. The RCAS team is focused on providing legal and business advice to clients facing regulatory compliance issues.

Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing and new European and Luxembourg regulations to determine the impacts on investment funds, banks, investment firms and financial services firms
- Assist clients in the analysis, drafting and filing of application files of funds, banks and Professionals of the Financial Sector
- Assist our clients in creating and implementing the procedures and the required documentation
Candidate Profile:
- Master’s Degree in Law
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the financial services industry or in a law firm
- Profound knowledge of the main financial services sector regulations, the product regulations and the prudential rules (UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID)
- Experience in managing teams and in business development
- Fluent in English and German
- Team player with excellent communication skills
